How Does Business Coaching Services Work?
I typically work with owners of small and medium-sized business with revenues ranging from £500 thousand to £50 million, across all sectors of business, providing business coaching services. Most of my client relationships begin with a 3-6 month coaching and mentoring program, often evolving into longer-term partnerships. During this initial period, I meet with you once a week for approximately 1-2 hours face-to-face if practicable, or on Zoom.
I approach each session without a prescribed solution, ready to tailor our discussions to your unique needs. We will discuss your issues and objectives from both a business and personal perspective, collaboratively setting an agenda and a plan of action. Rest assured, the agenda is always yours, not mine.
Throughout the initial 3-6 month period, we will focus on various aspects of your business based on priorities and opportunities for maximum impact. This might include expanding your customer base, diversifying your product range, energising your staff, improving cash flow, and defining a long-term strategy for your business.
